We sell digital products, including Canva templates and other downloadable digital content. Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, except where required by applicable law.

Please carefully review the product description, included features, format, and compatibility before purchasing.

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at info.epicreads@gmail.com.

We will review the order and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.

3. Technical Problems

If you experience a genuine technical problem with your purchase, such as a broken download link or a file that cannot be accessed as described, please contact us at:

4. Canva Compatibility

Our templates are designed for use with Canva. You are responsible for having access to a compatible Canva account and for ensuring that the product meets your needs before purchasing.

Changes made by Canva to its platform, features, pricing, or availability are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Incorrect or Missing Product

If you receive a product that is materially different from the product description or if part of your purchased digital product is missing, please contact us at info.epicreads@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement product or another suitable resolution.

• A description of the issue
• Any relevant screenshots or other information that may help us investigate

We aim to respond to customer inquiries as soon as reasonably possible.
